Take a look at a workshop we put on in Finland together with Dinera, a Menigo partner.
The purpose of the workshop was to introduce our new cuts to selected chefs, to be ambassadors for a bigger workshop we plan to hold in March when restaurants are setting their summer menus.
The event took place on an island between Sweden and mainland Finland, called Åland. The island belongs to Finland but the population speaks Swedish. Åland is a tourist attraction with day cruises from Sweden and Finland carrying around 2.5-3 million tourists visiting each year. A majority of these visitors come during spring and summer.
