Terra Pacific Marketing features Mountain River Venison at The Texas Restaurant Association's annual restaurant and foodservice show - July 15 & 16, 2018
Mountain River was recently at the Texas Restaurant Association’s annual restaurant and food service show, TRA Marketplace, courtesy of Angus Cleland and the team at Terra Pacific Marketing. The event has been running for 80 years and attracts thousands of restaurateurs, chefs, and industry leaders over the two-day period. It remains one of the fastest growing shows in Texas.
Over 500 exhibitors participate each year, showcasing everything from artisan food products and craft beverages to linens, mobile technology, security, kitchen equipment, supplies and much more.
Terra Pacific was proud to showcase our premium venison products and enjoyed feedback from visitors and other exhibitors. We also made some great contacts in the industry, that will hopefully lead to fruitful long-term relationships.
One of these contacts is Executive Chef of Hotel Emma in San Antonio. Built in 1894, originally as Pearl’s Brewhouse, Hotel Emma is a landmark in San Antonio. We’re excited that they are interested in a menu placement for Venison in the Fall!
As well as being a great place to visit, Texas remains one of the hottest growth markets for the restaurant industry as a whole in the United States. With over 42,500 eating and drinking establishments in the state, every $1 million spent in Texas restaurants generates an additional 26.3 jobs.
