We’ve had Chef Yu here in New Zealand in March, and then during April, Chef Graham Brown completed a trip to Shanghai to spread the good word - along side Hunter McGregor - to introduce new customers to Mountain River Venison.
At Alan’s Bistro, they hosted an evening with about 40 chefs in total, half were Chinese and the others were top foreign Chefs in Shanghai. They introduced our high-quality New Zealand venison, presenting them with a number of different family-style dishes with a venison focus, showcasing the wonderful ways in which the meat can be consumed.
The guests were also treated to some New Zealand seafood, beer and wine for an enjoyable and successful evening.
