Ski Time is a restaurant, accommodation and conference centre in the heart of Mount Hutt, Methven. On January 29th they hosted ‘A Local Graze’ - an event featuring some of the most delicious local produce from around the Canterbury region to ticketed guests. The event included an appetiser plus 3 course set menu - featuring local Mountain River Venison.
The event turned out to be extremely popular, quickly selling out of tickets (in fact, it was overbooked).

Following the success from this first event, Ski Time hope to continue with more regular evenings - presenting more delicious food from around the area.
